Welcome to Kasify
Kasify is a platform for managing short-term rentals. It pulls bookings from every channel into a single calendar and centralizes day-to-day operations: guest registration, access, team tasks, and communication.

Key features
Unified calendar and booking sync
Bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Google, and direct channels are imported automatically through iCal. Every booking across your properties shows up in a single calendar, which prevents duplicates and makes overlaps easy to spot.
Multi-property
A single account can hold multiple properties. Each property keeps its own calendar, team, tasks, integrations, and permissions.
Online check-in and compliance
Guests complete check-in from an online form before arrival. Kasify submits the registration data to SES Hospedajes (the Spanish guest registry) to meet Spanish short-term rental regulations.
Smart locks
Kasify integrates with Nuki and Unifi locks to generate access codes tied to each reservation's dates. Codes are generated from the booking detail with a single click, with no manual coordination with the guest.
Team access and task management
Each property has its own team. You can invite cleaners, maintenance staff, external contractors, or managers and assign them tasks with the information they need: schedules, guest count, and checklists. Booking and guest-data visibility depends on the role you assign.

Guest management
Keeps a guest history alongside their previous bookings. You can review the status of any booking, identify returning guests, and reach out with offers for direct bookings.
API and integrations
Every account ships with an HTTP API that exposes the same operations as the dashboard: properties, bookings, tasks, guests, and so on. It can be used from internal systems, AI agents, or third-party integrations. See the API reference.
