Getting started
This guide walks you from account creation to your first synced booking in Kasify. It takes about ten minutes if you have your channel credentials handy (Airbnb, Booking, and so on).
1. Create your account
- Open kasify.eu and select Sign in.
- Complete the Kinde signup flow with your email (or a supported provider).
- Back in Kasify, enter your First name and Last name and click Create account.
When your user is created, Kasify automatically provisions an account linked to it. You are the owner of that account and can start adding properties.
2. Add your first property
- From the side menu, open Properties and click Add property.
- Fill in the basics: name, street address, city, postal code, and country.
- If you already have your Airbnb iCal URL, paste it into Airbnb calendar link. It's optional — you can add it later.
- Click Create property.
The property appears in your list as soon as it's created. If you provided the Airbnb URL, bookings may take a few minutes to show up while the first sync runs.
3. Connect your channels
If you didn't connect your calendars when creating the property, you can do it from the property's settings page. Open Properties from the main menu, select the property you want to reconfigure, and click the Settings button in the top right.
4. (Optional) Enable integrations
These steps are optional, but most operations benefit from them:
- Smart locks (Nuki or Unifi Access) to generate access codes automatically. → Smart locks
- SES Hospedajes to submit the guest registry to the Spanish authority. → SES Hospedajes
Each integration is configured once per account and then assigned to the relevant properties.
5. Invite your team
If you operate with cleaners, maintenance staff, contractors, or co-managers, invite them from the relevant property. Each member receives the access level you decide.
→ Invite and manage the team and Roles and permissions.
What now?
- Check the timeline on Home to see today's check-ins and check-outs.
- Configure cleaning tasks so they're generated automatically with each checkout.
