SES Hospedajes
SES Hospedajes is the Spanish Ministry of Interior's system to which short-term rental hosts are required to report guest data (Royal Decree 933/2021). Connecting Kasify to SES means the guest registry is submitted automatically based on the data collected during the online check-in.
This page describes how to configure the integration, what data is submitted, and how to handle submission errors.
Prerequisites
To use the integration you need:
- To be registered as a landlord (arrendador) in SES Hospedajes and have your arrendador code.
- Your SES account credentials (username and password).
- To know whether you'll operate in Test or Production environment.
If you're not yet registered in SES Hospedajes, do that on the official portal before continuing.
Connect SES Hospedajes in Kasify
- In Kasify, open Integrations and click Add integration.
- Pick SES Hospedajes.
- Fill in Connection details:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Arrendador code | Your landlord identifier (max. 10 characters). |
| SES username | Your SES account username. |
| SES password | Your SES account password. |
| Environment | Test while validating the setup; Production for real submissions. |
- Click Connect.
If credentials are valid, Kasify saves the integration and takes you to its detail page. The password is stored encrypted and is not shown again.
What Kasify submits, and when
Kasify submits the guest registry data associated with each booking once the online check-in has been completed by the guest:
- Each guest's identification data (first name, last name, ID document, date of birth, nationality, etc.) per the SES form.
- Booking data (check-in / check-out dates, property, amount).
Submissions are attempted automatically when:
- A booking has guests with completed check-in.
- The booking's property belongs to an account with an active SES integration.
If SES rejects a submission (for example, missing required fields or an invalid document), the error is recorded so you can fix and retry.
Edit credentials
- Open Integrations → SES Hospedajes.
- Click Edit.
- Update the fields you need. To keep the existing password, leave it empty.
- Click Save changes.
Remove the integration
Clicking Remove on the detail page removes the SES connection. This:
- Stops automatic submission of guest registries.
- Disconnects your SES account from Kasify (the SES account itself is not modified).
- Does not affect submissions already sent from Kasify up to that point.
If you reconnect SES later, new submissions resume; previously pending submissions are not retried automatically.
Troubleshooting
- "Connection error" on connect: double-check the username and password and verify the selected environment matches your credentials (test credentials don't work in production and vice versa).
- Rejected submissions: in the booking detail, check which guest field caused the rejection (document, nationality, date of birth) and fix it on the guest record.
- Password changes in SES: if you change your password directly in the SES portal, remember to update it in Kasify via Edit too.
