Configure SES Hospedajes
This page describes how to configure the SES Hospedajes integration in Kasify, what data is submitted, and how to handle submission errors.
Prerequisites
To use the integration you need:
- To be registered as a landlord (arrendador) in SES Hospedajes and have your arrendador code.
- Your SES account credentials (username and password).
If you're not yet registered in SES Hospedajes, follow Registering in SES Hospedajes first — it walks you through the alta on the official portal and how to obtain these credentials.
Connect SES Hospedajes in Kasify
- In Kasify, open Integrations and click Add integration.
- Pick SES Hospedajes.
- Fill in Connection details:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Arrendador code | Your landlord identifier (max. 10 characters). |
| SES username | Your SES account username. |
| SES password | Your SES account password. |
- Click Connect.
If credentials are valid, Kasify saves the integration and takes you to its detail page. The password is stored encrypted and is not shown again.
What Kasify submits, and when
For each booking, Kasify submits the booking data plus the guest data required by SES.
The submission does not go out the moment the guest finishes the online check-in. Kasify's submission job runs periodically and picks a booking up when all of the following hold:
- The guests have completed the online check-in.
- The booking's check-in time has already passed — Kasify waits a few hours after the scheduled arrival before filing, so late guest corrections still make it into the registry.
- The booking is confirmed (not cancelled) and its property belongs to an account with an active SES integration.
In practice this means the registry is filed a few hours after the arrival time. Kasify keeps trying while the booking is active, up to one day after check-out.
If SES rejects a submission (for example, missing required fields or an invalid document), the error is recorded on the booking so you can fix the data — Kasify resubmits automatically once it changes.
Edit credentials
- Open Integrations → SES Hospedajes.
- Click Edit.
- Update the fields you need. To keep the existing password, leave it empty.
- Click Save changes.
Remove the integration
Clicking Remove on the detail page removes the SES connection. This:
- Stops automatic submission of guest registries.
- Disconnects your SES account from Kasify (the SES account itself is not modified).
- Does not affect submissions already sent from Kasify up to that point.
If you reconnect SES later, new submissions resume; previously pending submissions are not retried automatically.
Troubleshooting
For the full list of SES error codes and how to fix each one, see SES Hospedajes errors and how to fix them.
- "Connection error" on connect: double-check the username and password.
- Rejected submissions: in the booking detail, check which guest field caused the rejection (document, nationality, date of birth) and fix it on the guest record.
- Password changes in SES: if you change your password directly in the SES portal, remember to update it in Kasify via Edit too.
