Sync your Airbnb calendar

Connect your Airbnb listing to Kasify so bookings are imported into your calendar automatically. You don't have to type anything in: as soon as a guest books on Airbnb, the stay shows up in Kasify.

The connection is set up per property and works one way: Kasify reads the Airbnb calendar, but it doesn't change your listing.

1. Copy the calendar link from Airbnb

Airbnb provides a calendar link (iCal format) for each listing:

1. Sign in to Airbnb and open the Calendar for the listing you want to connect.
2. Find the Connect calendars section and click Connect to another website.
3. In the panel that opens, under Step 1 — Add this link to the other website, click Copy next to Airbnb calendar link.

The link starts with https://www.airbnb.com/….

Copy the Airbnb calendar link from that panel, not the address in your browser's bar. They're different.

2. Paste the link into Kasify

1. In Kasify, open Properties and go into the relevant property.
2. Click Settings.
3. Go to the Airbnb Integration section.
4. Paste the URL into the Airbnb Calendar Link field.
5. Click Save Changes.

You can also do this when you first add the property, from Add Property: the Airbnb Integration section is in the same form.

When bookings appear

The first sync can take a few minutes. After that, Kasify re-checks the Airbnb calendar automatically on a regular basis (roughly every hour), with nothing needed from you.

Tips and troubleshooting

• If no bookings appear, check that you pasted the correct export link. An incorrect URL is flagged as an error and imports nothing (rather than silently syncing zero bookings).
• Each property has its own link. If you manage several listings, repeat the steps on each property using that listing's link.
• To disconnect Airbnb, clear the URL with the "x" (Clear URL) next to the field and click Save Changes. New bookings from that channel will stop importing.
• Import only. Kasify doesn't send your calendar back to Airbnb; to block dates on Airbnb, use Airbnb's own tools.
